I have a M10-IT Model number HEM-7080IT-E which I haven't connected to my PC in a very long time. When I last connected it, it did work and I did download the blood pressure data successfully. However now I don't know whether the cable I have is the correct cable, judging by the results it doesn't seem to be downloading any data. The cable seems a bit long at 1565mm therefore I doubt it is the correct cable but the USB device Vendor ID is recognised as Omron therefore it is getting that correct. HID\VID_0590&PID_0028&REV_0201 I installed the newest version of the software v1.321 which is slightly newer than the software on the supplied CD. I have tried the original software and the newer software but neither is able to download the data and neither offer the correct device to download from.
Is there a way that I can identify the original USB cable that came with the blood pressure meter? Any markings or cable length would be helpful. The cables are usually fairly short, much shorter than 1.5 meters. I didn't keep the cable with the meter because it was in the way when I use the meter. Can you please help me with this because my GP wants my blood pressure results.

The user should try contacting Omron customer support to inquire about the correct cable for their blood pressure meter. They may also try using a different cable to see if it resolves the issue.
According to the Omron website, the Omron Health Management Software is compatible with select Omron blood pressure monitors only. The CVS BP Monitor #BP3MV1-3WCVS is not listed as a compatible device.
Does it work with Windows 10? My version is 1.6. Do you have a new version for this OS?

No, the software is not compatible with Windows 10. Based on the information found on the official website, you can install it on the following versions of Windows: Windows® 7, Vista, XP, and 2000. Not even Windows 8 is support or anything close to Mac.

I recommend accessing their official website to learn more about the software. Secondly, those products might already come with their own version of the software or possibly something else.
I have changed my OS to Windows 8 and now the software does not want to import the data from my Omron M10-IT. It is not reacting when I connect PC with OMRON. Is there any new version of software for Windows 8? Where can I download it?

From what I can see on the program's official website, https://omronhealthcare.com/service-and-support/product-software/ Omron Health Management Software is a Windows-only application. Furthermore, according to the same page, the application won't receive any more compatibility updates, so there will be no official Mac version of it.
However, you may still be able to use it on a Mac, but you're first going to need to install a Windows emulator such as WineBottler or Boot Camp, then run the program through that emulator.
